We also operate websites under the fillmy3pl.com domain and other websites we control (collectively, the “Website”).

This Privacy Notice explains what personal information (“PI”) we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. This Notice applies to PI we collect from: (i) visitors to our Website, (ii) people who interact with our marketing, (iii) job applicants, and (iv) “Authorized Users” who access the Service on behalf of a business customer (“Customer”). This Notice does not cover the privacy practices of companies we do not own or control.

  • To monitor reliability, performance, and security

  • To improve features and user experience

The specifics of what is logged may vary based on Customer configuration.

E. PI we obtain from third parties (marketing and enrichment)

What we collect. We may receive business contact information (name, business email, company, role) from marketing partners or enrichment providers where permitted by law. We may also process publicly available business data (e.g., company websites, job postings, news articles) to create sales-intelligence outputs for Customers.

Why we collect it.

  • To market the Service to likely buyers

  • To help deliver the Service to Customers (e.g., prepare research briefs and reports)

Where required by law, we ask partners to confirm they have appropriate permission to share your PI with us.

2) How we share PI and why we share it

We may disclose PI to third parties for the following business or commercial purposes:

  • Service providers / subprocessors. We share PI with vendors who host, process, and support our Website and Service (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and optional enrichment). They may access PI only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

  • Customers. For Authorized Users, we share PI and outputs as needed to deliver the Service to the applicable Customer (e.g., daily reports, research briefs, audit history).

  • Legal and safety. We may share PI with law enforcement, regulators, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the vital interests of any person.

  • Business transfers. We may share PI with an actual or potential acquirer, investor, or successor (and their advisors) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

  • With consent. We may share PI with third parties when you ask us or consent to us doing so.

  • As otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell PI as “sell” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

4) General

A. How we secure your PI

We use appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect PI. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account or interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately (see “Contact Us” below).

B. Data transfers

Our Service and Website are hosted in the United States, and PI we process will be stored and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where we use subprocessors, they are limited to using PI to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

C. Children’s privacy

Our Website and Service are intended for business users and are not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn that we collected PI from a person under 18, we will delete it.

D. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your PI, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us (see “Contact Us”). We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by requesting information or documentation) before fulfilling your request.

We retain PI for as long as necessary to operate the Website and Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For Service data tied to a Customer, we generally retain PI for the term of the customer agreement plus a limited period (e.g., 30 days) unless a longer retention is required or permitted by law.
